The Miyabi Black knives are handcrafted in Seki, Japan using the historic 3-step Honbazuke method to create an exceptionally sharp 9.5° to 12° katana edge. The traditional Japanese “D”-shape handle, made of North American Bigleaf maple burl, offers a comfortable and fatigue-free grip. Each handle is unique due to natural variations in the wood and dyeing process.
